I just got back from runnig 3 miles...sweating out stress is the best thing Sweating it out and tiring yourself to the extent where you can't think of anything else, other than just to keep going so you can get home and crash in bed lol! :D  what ever works
ya'll are funny... i seriously am very clumsy... tried the running thing but i tripped a few times within a quarter mile and kinda got annoyed at it
What the heck Lisa? Oh come on, did you have your head down while you were running? Like, staring at your feet while you pace yourself? kidding kidding :) *hugs* i have always been clumsy, but as I have gotten older its kinda gotten worse

I like to walk at a slow pace Walking is nice, very scenic :) Probly less hazarous to your health too nah i like to jog slowly too just no running

If it starts to rain, I'm probably going to go jog/bike in the rain to relieve a bit of stress on my end. The rain makes it all better :) |
