trapped in the armpit of the ozarks
gunmetal tickling my pallete only creeping death, relieves my misery creeping death, from the local grocers cooler i sit, dumping inevitable failure, down my craw i swallow, i weep, i vomit, i sleep can't let go, who'd want to can't let go, i have to the will to live dwindling holding, what is hopefully my last breath, the only hope i retain only to be let down, once again, as i pass out no relief only regret
