My parents are gone but I've never lost a child. THANK GOD!!!
I don't think there's anything more painful in life though, because the 'normal order' of life .. parents usually die first. |

Losing a parent still isn't easy though. I was only 15, and super close to my Dad. After he passed; I didn't have anyone b/c my Mom was having an affair & didn't want anything to really do with me. It's pretty painful if you ask me. |

Have lost many friends and family over the years but I think the worst was my son in 2001. I would cry sometimes at work but never left....co-workers comforted me, but my best source was to continue on working after the crying spell to keep my mind busy.

I lost my mom @ 18 .. and sad to say it's been so long ago now, I can't remember her mannerisms and stuff |

Lost my wife last year in Jan.2007 . Lost my oldest son in Oct.2002.
Miss both of them so much. It hurts like hell. I`m glad that I have family and the friends that I have met here on JSH, to help me out. You just don`t know what a kind word of encouragement can do for a person at times. I like to joke around a lot, but if any of you ever need someone to chat with, give me a e-mail on here. |
