What drove my cat absolutely bonkers was "Greenies for Cats". Not the potentially-dangerous ones for dogs (that at least used to have a risk of getting caught in their windpipes and stuff), but the ones for cats, which are safe.

If catnip is like marijuana for cats, then this stuff is like crystal meth- they can't stay away from the stuff. I didn't even have to open the baggie one time- I started to rip the bag open, which was enough for my cat to get a whiff of Greenies, which made him tear the baggie up himself! And my cat was going on eighteen years of age at the time, too.

I just wish my cat was still around. He was a good friend.

I'll have to check that out.

My cat doesn't care for catnip, but he does like marijuana (don't ask how I know).

Seriously I wouldn't give your cat herb. I think my step-brother drove one of our dogs crazy, in our teen years, by sharing his stash. The dog became violent. Maybe he would have anyway, but he had to be put to sleep. This was a bunch, that he'd eat, over a two year period, but the dog started biting every body. Nothing seemed to stop him, even after the sharing had stopped.

I once had a cat that loved frozen corn, guess as with people they have personal preferances.

it's ok, remember they come from the wild and out there they will eat anything
