This one is very sad!
"The world's a lesser place today," he said tearfully.

Abigail was swimming in the kiddie pool at the Minneapolis Golf Club on June 29 last year when her buttocks became lodged in an open pool drain. The resulting suction removed much of her small intestine and caused other internal injuries.

It's been a prolonged series of surgeries and medical battles ever since. Abigail could only receive daily nutrition through a feeding tube, but returned to elementary school for a few days in the fall. The formula caused her liver to fail, though.

In December, Abigail received a multiple-organ transplant of a new liver, small bowel and pancreas. She suffered complications from the transplant, including a transplant-related cancer that resulted in her need for chemotherapy.

Thats terrible Zapfrown frown

Yeah it is very sad. We all thought she was going to make it. The videos of her were very encouraging. She was a brave little lady.
