When my mother died, there was an ensuing final rift among the 6 sibs that still hurts. And she was the one who tended to make us all gather, so some of the spirit is lost. On the other hand, I don't have to tolerate listening to the super egos banter for hours and try to prove how great, smart, talented, etc. they are.... or think they are. It was pretty pathetic!
