Food for thought
someone once told me (years ago) we all have choices in our lives with everything. I did understand it before, but I got it about a month after wards We might not like the choices we are given...but they are choices. May have to choose the better of the evils sometimes do you believe this or not? |

not sure about that part (but IMHO)
I don't think there are any good or bad emotions. we have them for reasons. we feel what we do. It's the actions we chose to take that are good or bad. For instance...anger. we can use that anger to help make things better or learn from it or to hurt others. |

being robbed at gun point his response was: A) give him what he wants and hope he goes away B) fight him off C) run they are choices I prefer D) hope his willy falls off to distract him so I could get the gun |

Choose not to react at all....
choose to be in the moment. Being robbed at gunpoint? it's only stuff...we can always get more stuff later. If the outcome is equal to the intent... robber has stuff and gun... I am alive and able to get more stuff... No biggy... I made my choice, robber made his... There's only me in here...I'm driving my bus.

BUT I can choice to see why and fix it now if the world would do as I say...the world would be a better place for me to live in
