good choices I make a killer german's chocolate I don't fry chicken any more, it's chaeper to get take out by time you buy all the oil & use a half a bottle of spray cleaner to get up all the mess! Most take out chicken is as good as mine I must confess. IAgree, unless it's a very special occasion, i don't usually make it either, tooo messy. Much easier to run thru the drive thru.

I like baken chicken better anyway , & it's nice to have leftovers for chicken salad & soup.

yeah, but it was a special occasion... unfortunatly, she likes the chicken the grocery store here makes... and it has to be from a SPECIFIC store. Both stores make it, but the north store tastes better... so i decided to just make her happy

Well if she was happy that's what's important! I come from a big poultry growing area, I have cooked a lot of chicken! I make good chicken Cattiatore.

i used to be a great cook, but when i cook, no one seems to ever be hungry so ive pretty much stopped... i even made my 7 cheese lassagna last month and i was reduced to pretty much eating the entire thing. my boys took one slice each, and i ate left overs for 3 days

7 cheeses? I use ricotta, mozzarella,parmesan, romano, & some cheddar or provolone. Not much cheddar if I use it, it adds cheese flavor, but not very Italian. I have a secret spice that "makes" my Lasange.

it freezes well, I know I havn't made it in 2 years. being single, stuffed shells are more manageable.

yeah it does freeze well.... i am in the mood for more italitan food, but since i am not going to cook any more fancy stuff, i guess i am SOL
