I am trying to walk a mile at work each night at 7 pm I have breaks every 2 hours that's the long one. everyone else eats at 7 walks at 9 they do 2 laps around the main hall I do 4 in the same time, sometimes I go outside. Noe many days the weather ha sallowed that yet

yea the weather sucks for that but its starting to get warmer here so im hopin to start walkin/runnin a bit here and there. im talking to this guy, hes my height (whch kinda bothers me but oh well thats life) and hes skinny and he looks like the type thats materialistic but he really isnt and he says he likes me the way i am but just be on the safe said i wanna lose a few pounds here and there
 and if it doesnt work out then ill lose ore and hopefully feel better bout myself

And If he's a decent guy it won't matter if things get more serious. Good Luck Red BTW I know how u feel about the weight, I'm 5 ft 4 and weigh 325...got hurt at home 5 weeks ago and have gained that last 20, i'll be glad when I can get more mobile and work on loosing it again at my heaviest I weighted 390. |

You have done a good job losing then Penny!
I was up to 240 10 years ago before they diagnosed my thyroid problem. Left my boy friend & lost 15 in 1 week then the hormone took me down 25 more. I seem to get stuck at 200. I was down to 175, but not for long. That was the sleepless summer before my daught wenmt to college worked all the time. |
