aside from sweet potatoes, i left the sweets alone today. it was amaaaaaazing. especially since a relative brought something she calls beach cake. it's not cake nor is it made of the beach. it's similar to brownies but there's nothing brownie about it. it's damn near pure sugar. i ate almost a whole pan of one of em a few years back, gained 10lbs at the beach
