Actually the RTFM folks are not that annoying. They can be guided to Google and Yahoo. The ones that frustrating are the RTFS people. YOu know - the ones with constant "Keyboard to Chair Interface Errors" because they just click away at 100 clicks a second at everything - rather than Read The F* Screen, apply your brain, and think.
