Honestly, the people on the pay site were almost entirely different from the ones I saw on free sites -- there might have been a dozen or so I saw on both. Maybe some of the pay site people were also on other free sites I never tried, I don't know, but I really saw very little of that.

Another thing is that most of the people I saw on the pay site were NOT paying members -- this was a site where you can set up a free account but only paying members can send or receive e-mails. Probably only 10-15% of the people I saw on there were paying. I gave it 3 months, and then figured I could do something more practical with $24.95 a month. Maybe someday I will, too....!!

yeah i thought about trying a pay site again.b.c well im on 2 free sites and had 2 horribly bad dates (but not from here) but i didnt wanna go and throw my money away like a fool if it wasnt feesable!

Paid sites seem to have more guys that were looking to carry on a long distance relationship because they either had a live in girlfriend most weekends and it was easier to hide. Also the paid sites seem to have more guys trying to pitch something such as real estate, CPA service, or selling classic cars as an investment. Paid sites also seem to have a lot of professional men who think and expensive travel date, they usually write off one way or another, is a free pass for sex.

Just my opinion. I have found for myself that people seem to be more open to things and not expect as much as i have seen on a paying site. It seems if your paying for a site, your not actually getting what your paying for if that made sense.
