Anybody have a certain diet they stick to? i eat a lot of carbs and protien and i have 2 salads a day....
|

Hmmmm!I'm on a see food diet.
 But seriously of course or else my skating ability suffers tremendously.

I eat a lot of protien, healthy carbs, no sugar or processed wheats(white bread), Healthy fats, very little saturated or trans fats.

Sensible diet PLUS THE BAD STUFF!!!!!! And, you gotta have wine with it!!!!!!!!!
