I should add I dont think you should drop everything on a person at once or right away. But if its something that could later on wreck what you've worked so hard for you should tell them.. sooner than later so dont wait til its too late cuz there never really is a "right time" time to do it..

I have been on a couple of first dates where they told me their whole life story - all in one night. It is painful to sit through that and listen and listen and listen.
