Nothing...take me as you find me.... planning creates expectations and obligations...

By just allowing whatever to unfold, creates no disappointments.

I had a JSH "friend" visit from out of state last fall and we had alot of fun. During the three days he was here we went to a Rockies baseball game, the musuem (Titanic exhibit), drove up to a mountain mining town to tour the area, ride a narrow gage train, and have a picnic. We also went to the Taste of Colorado (an annual festival hosted by local restaurants)followed by a concert in the park. We threw in dinner with friends one night and a little dancing...then ran out of time!

We planned it together and tried to have a good mix of activities and quiet time to get to know each other better. It was great fun and I'd do it again!

I planned tours of local places that were meaningful to him, that he could relate to and were important in his life. I also brought him to where I work, which is a beautiful marble courthouse.

I was just lucky there were those places here. flowerforyou

I guess the difference is.... I live a gazillion miles from anywhere...

there is an abundance to see and do.... but I prefer to just allow the people I am visiting to be them...

Karma arrives in less than a month, after 30 something hours of flytime.....

what do I plan?

Picking him up from the airport... laugh
