well, i like to get 7 hours or a bit more. thing is, i wake up about every hour or so. so..um yeah, i can't really say i slept for 7 hours

yeah, i don't nap either. i have to be missing sleep in a bad way or something like that to make me nap. i just have trouble sleeping when there's light out
