What is odd about this board, is that some people experience absolutely nothing with it.....but others encounter some bizarre experiences. I used one many years ago, and as Madame said, there's some pretty scary things that can occur.

I read a book once that explained alot of things about the Ouija board. It scared the sh*t out of me...not to mention some of the things I saw for myself. I also threw mine away after.

Cool if youre in 8th grade during a sleepover.

I still have mine from middle school. I used to move the pointer thingy myself, very discreetly. I still havent told my friends it was actually me and not a ghost.

Ah, good times ^^

I could never get it to do anything, but when my younger sister touched one strange things happen. She is terrified of them. We both tried touching a sugar bowl together and asked a question of it and it spun around and shot across the table. We both pulled our hands back and ran screaming from the room. It was really funny/freaky.

I think it comes from the unconscious mind. But it came from her mind, not mine. For me, it still won't do a thing.

Those boards are NOT a toy..We had one when I was little..The thing told my sister that she'd die at a young age..so we threw it out..My aunt had one once..She kept it on her coffee table until she woke up one morning with the thing stuck high on the wall..When she FINALLY got it removed from the wall she took it outside and burned it..Did I mention that my aunt lived alone at the time?noway

The Bible says don't mess with talking to the dead and divination. All that aside, I was thinking the board's just a harmless game till I saw some of the posts here. We been warned and can take it to heart or not.

I messed with one once while I was a kid. Seemed like a bunch of hooey at the time so I didn't mess with it again. But I wouldn't discount other people's experience with it at all.

As for the future and divination, I recommend the Bible, the Purpose Filled Life and Trinity Broadcasting Network. These will give you a quite interesting look. also, Hal Lindsey's Late Great Planet Earth was interesting back in the day.

Eschatology can be cool! And my pastor says the Lord blesses those who look into it. Tho mostly all of it's above my head for the most part.

I have seen spirits and angels..even talk to them but I don't use tools like those boards to do it..you never know who or WHAT you contact with those things.

The first time I ever used a Ouija board, I was probably 10 or 11 years old. Being kids, as kids often do, we were asking silly questions. When we asked it to do something in the corner of the room to scare us......it told us no. When we asked why, the response was: BECAUSE VOODOO IS NOT TO BE SEEN.

Now what 10 year old would ever think of a line like that? NOT me...or my friend either!

I know that people use those a lot to try and contact passed on relatives or friends or whatever but those boards have NO connection to heaven..If they are connected to anywhere it's to hell..If you wanna contact a passed on loved one there are people that can safely do that for you..DON'T use the board!

My sister was around 9-10yrs old when it told her she'd die young..No 9yr old thinks of death..THAT'S how we knew it was evil and it had to go!

I forget the author, but there's a book called, "The Demonologist". In reading the case histories described in the book, several of the stories did involve a Ouija board in the house, and most often, used by children or teenagers.

Scary stuff. The board seems to open some kind of portal.....and not a safe one!
