do you people tide your 10% at the church house when you go??

I don't go to church, does that make me a bad person?

I don't beleive that going to church makes you a good person, besides I
can't stand the tearing of wicker sound in the confessional when they
back door me.

2 do... no it dont mean u r a bad person. i was just asking about
passing the hat 4 money.

i take my tithes to my house of worship unto the Lord
i take an offering to my house of worship
i take alms to my house of worship
i take a seed offering to my house of worship

i go with my pastors to feed the homeless
i go with my pastors to pray for the sick
i go with my pastors to comfort those who have lost a close one
i go with my pastors to pray for the veterans
i go help the singles with their kids
i teach the children bible study
i pray with the children about their problems
i help clean my house of worship even the bathrooms
i help decorate my house of worship
i help with the prison ministry
i cry with those that are sad
i rejoice with those that are happy
i help plan dinners, birthdays, outings for teens, singles,
marriage encouters, God encounters
i help pay the light, phone, supplies at my house of worship
i help clean my pastor's yard and house and babysit

i didn't settle for a church where i just sit back and criticize the
pastor all day
i serve an awesome God

i happen to have time for all these things because i don't do them
everyday people don't die every day but when i hear of someone that lost
a loved one i will go with my church family to pray ,comfort or help do
something -- children's church is only on wed nites---once a month the
singles ministry might go to the va hospital to spend time with the
veterans in the hospice area
there's no visiting hours there --anyone can go-- spending time
with the teens when they have a get together might be twice a
month----we don't go feed the homeless under the bridge in downtown SA
everyday--if you really truly want to serve the Lord you will make time
for HIS work. I also work a full time job with troubled teens involved
in crime, gangs, etc, and I have a part-time job working the HS games
yearround----i have
been on vacation for almost 3 weeks so i have had time to be
online and i also have a computer at work, we do get breaks
like i said christianity is a way of life, not a religion
at work they call me a Jesus freak but when something goes wrong in
their live they know they can count on me to go to the hospital with
them or pray on the phone or take them to pick up medicine or just to
listen i Love God with all my heart
and Jesus told us to love one another and I am not perfect but I would
rather be obedient to God's ways than the world's ways
and yes dreamweaver i do have lots of songs and poems and love letters
to the Lord my God---remember i'm back at work so i won't be as active
online and yes i will forgive santhana and pray for him

some people do serve God and not Satan

KOOOLLLLL GF! YOU GO! Glad to be your friend and sis! Just wished you
lived closer! I have, always, had a husband or close friend to go with
me and do the ministry work..now that I am alone, it isn't so good,
anymore....I am just one of those people who like to have someone to go
with me....even Jesus sent his disciples out, two by two.

I tithe because I am obedient to God's Word because it is HIS
WORD. I would rather be blessed than cursed. I STAND on God's
Word and I STAND for Jesus! I know my pastor doesn't take that money and
e-mail to Heaven, but I am involved enough to know that in our church
the money is not misused. I chose to pray and GO search for a church
that serves the Lord instead of criticizing every preacher in the planet
and I am blessed to be a blessing. Thanks to your topic I got insulted
by some guy named leroy BUT on the other hand, I gained a few friends.
May the Lord bless you exceedingly, abundantly more than you could ask
