Well I have only been at this firm for a little over 2 years so I get a total of 2 weeks paid vacation plus 1 week sick/personal and 7 Holidays. After 5 years I will get 3 weeks. Although during the Summer we can pretty much take off whatever time we want ......just w/o pay.

Well I have seniority here. The Partners just purchased the firm right before I started. The Secretary started the same time as I did ....but I get the seniority because I have the education.

Senority is based on the hours you have worked here....and we all basically have the same education for this....you have to go to college.
