 grrrrrrrrrr vent on the SNOBBY HOTEL ! I just sent them another e-mail and did the font in RED cause they say , "I dont see any e-mails from you......" I told them that WALMART does a better job with customer service issues!!!  bla BLAAA bla GROWLL!!!  |

AFTER ALL THAT AUTOMATED CRAP AND THEN FINALLY GETTING THROUGH TO BC STUDENT LOANS FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THEY SENT THE FORM IN THE MAIL I JUST FOUND IT BEHIND MY DRESSER!!!
