I know Man will not know when, but does that mean we won't be generally
close?

I first read the Book of Revelations as a child and continue to be
facinated by it. I also find Nostradomus to be quite interesting and
often accurate. I, personally, believe we are in end times, but whether
that means tomorrow, 30 years or a century or two from today, only He
can say. I do firmly believe this is not the world as God had intended.
Everywhere you look there is pain, suffering, chaos,
struggling.....nothing lasts forever.

I also believe we are in the end of days, the bible states that
palestine will be persicutied for three yrs, they the major signs start
happening. And we are way to close to there.

Nation will rise against nation, brother against brother, natural
disasters, etc....

oh hell, I can remember in high school, all the planets were sposed to
line up and it was gonna be the end of the world according to ancient
calendars and crap. I'll tell ya, the hangover I had the next day made
me wish the world HAD ended LMAO

exactly, but now is where I like to wonder.

If the rightous will be "pulled of this world and taken home"
if they will just disappear or what?

If the 144,000 are those people, or if they come back to help us now.

sry bout the last post, just don't believe the end of the world can be
nailed down to such a specific date and time.

As for the end times, we're a lot closer than most want to believe. And
by that I don't mean closer to the end times.. I mean closer to the end,
period!

I'll tell ya something Golf...I can't explain it, but I've KNOWN ever
since I was little I'd see the end of the world.
I don't know how or why I know I just do. And the only reason I have to
back that feeling up is a few times in my life, I've known the answer to
something that there is NOOO way I should have known the answer. I just
knew, almost instantly.

Animal, that is very eerie....I have always felt the same thing, deep in
my soul. I had a very vivid dream about it when I was pregnant w/ my
youngest daughter, as well.

golf the question is are you right before God in case it does
happen in your lifetime are you saved have you received the
Lord Jesus to be your personal Lord and Savior so when the trumpet blows
and He comes in the clouds will you be ready-if you died today do you
know that you would be in Heaven with HIM
have you asked for forgiveness have you told others about HIM

Of course, that is the question!

I have made my mistakes, but ive learned from them amd asked forgivness
of them all.

So I am ready for what my Maker has for me.
And am willing to do whatever i have to for Him.

This post is just interesting, and is just to see what all the other
believers/nonbelievers "believe"!

Nostradamus was not really all that accurate alot of his writings were
actually mis interpreted but hey anyone can believe whatever, I think
yes we are close with thtechnology we have and the rate it has evolved
the past 40 years and evolving faster each and everyday how far can we
actually go? We have the key to life with DNA and StemCells. I can't
tell you if it will be in this lifetime or not but as far as earth time
yes I'd say very close. The population of the entire earth is growing at
an astonishing rate and we are rapidly aproaching the earth's capacity
of people that the earth can produce in food to sustain. and more and
more acreage is swallowed up into desert land every year increasing the
speed at which we will reach this point.

Nostradamus made a good number of accurate predictions in his own
time...a few in ours, as well. True, it is in the interpretation, so I
guess it's really an individual kind of thing. The Catholic faith
recognizes three predictions for the future as told by three young
children who saw visions of Mary at Fatima.

Revelation is an awesome book in the bible, perhaps the most awesome.

Revelation Ch. 1 Verse 3. Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear
the words of this prophecy, and keep those things that are written
therein: for the time is at hand.

The part about the false prophet performing christ like miracles, it
really flooring.

I used to follow Nostradamus because I thought he was accurate but his
predictions weren't as accurate as previously believed. There were many
disagreements on the translations of his words amny folks believe that
alot of the translations were made to fit the times that had passed
already but as for recent predictions that he had made that passed after
the translations have all been false. Every last one.

and some of those were rather enormous predictions like world war 3.

.....whose to say they have even taken place yet.........
