Nope... I feel sorry for them...

Imagine a life always trying to be on the top of the heap.... and never achieving it.

I know the kind you speak of (((((Jessflowerforyou)))))...and I pretty shocked at the amount of 'them' on this site actually...I don't know, maybe they think they can get ahead being that way? Such a turn OFF to most though I think. my opinion!

Well I am driven, but not against other people, jut to do the best job that I know I can do. This is different from what is stated in your post I guess. You can be driven, and an over achiever without competing against others. Competition with yourelf to achieve goals that you set for yourself is quite healthy imho

For those who post in the political threads...

No ambitional stagnation in a time of stagflation for Single_Rob... laugh laugh

LMAO....

Rob... I looked at the term over achiever, and took it as constantly being about competition...

I didnt see the OP as competing against one self... I would term that extending and achieving..

I saw the OP as an external thing... comparing oneself to others.... that's jow I defined the term over achieving...

No rights, no wrongs, just perhaps a different perception of the term?

Only if they are always bragging about everything. They're the ones who will suffer consequences of their choices...not me...

oh definately. The fault probably lies at my feet for responding so hastily. I contantly am told by people I am arrogant because I am not afraid to make decisions on a job, and take responsibility. I don't see it that way, I see it as confidence in my decision making ability. I always welcome input from any of my guys on a job site. I have never had a person quit my employ, but I have removed several. I work the trenche with them when required, and am always on-site anytime we do a new project. I would never ask another that which i would not do myself. Thanks for the respectful rebuttle jess ;)
