Last week i observed the behaviour of some colleagues. They like to get some help from you (sometimes a big help),.....but at the end they act like they know all things with extreme arrogance. I ask, is it a good idea to help these people when they need a hand?. I know you must help people without waiting something,...but these people are changing my paradigms. because i wait at least less arrogance from them.

It depends on if you mean a team situation or not. If you are asking if you should continue to help others on indidivual things and then they take all the credit... I'd say no.
Of course, you could communicate through e-mail as well and then forward them to a supervisor if you think you need to cover yourself. (If you continue assisting) |
