Done all kinds of wild things in the past. It's the tighty whity thing now. I do like the speedo swimsuit thing, though. It cuts a heck of a lot off my lap times in the pool. Not a real small one, but nice, you know? The trouble is finding one that fits properly. The last one I ordered was too tight & too small and that didn't work AT ALL!
