Oh & after treated a waitress like that, don't eat anything she brings, &ask someone else for a clean fork. I'd switch meals with the flirting boy friend!.

Ok here's another question along those lines...

Now if your married, in a serious relationship, yada yada, you leave bf/gf husband wife at home; go out with your friends, co workers whatever.

You get hit on....Do you tell your significant other? And if you do, what is their reaction or your reaction?

Call the waiter over & quietly tell him if he doesn't knock it off, He will be dealt with after work!! Thats how I do it..

you're at a restaurant, on a date with your husband/wife, girlfriend/boyfriend, someone you're trying to get to know.. ect. and the waiter is flirting with, and hitting on that person a lot..

how would you honestly react?.. and don't say you'd stand up and deck them in the face, because i really don't think anyone would do that, especially in a restaurant.

It would depend on how my date reacts to it.

No, I wouldn't want her telling me either.

I'd simply say " Are the meals here as cheap as the help?"

tHE funny thing about this situation is that when I was a hairstylist I would get dirty looks from wives/gfs for just cutting a guys hair!!! I would have to not smile or be friendly just to compensate the gf. I thought this was a seriously stupid way to go about it but I hated getting those daggers in my back!!ohwell

Let it go, not much in life worth getting a fit over anymore...at the very least I go home alone, at most she knows I trust her judgement...my opinion on those two outcomes: Win/Win situation.

I'd ignore it.

And if my date was flirting back I would

1- not date them anymore if it's the first date
2- If I'm really close to them, talk to them about it afterwards
