It was 3.24 this morning @ 7:00 AM.

At 10:00 AM, the same station was advertising 3:29.

I'm under the impression that we only export a small amount (roughly 20,000 barrels per day) to Canada for refinement. At which time it comes back to us as fuel.

I'd be interested in seeing something that indicates otherwise.
