download spybot and run it. It should get rid of the adware. Just google for it and get it from there. It depends upon how tightly your account is screwed down whether you can download it and run it. If you already have a spyware/adware/anti virus program, run it and hope for the best....and thanks for the offer, but, I don't drink so enjoy one yourself

There are also some online virus scanners, from companies like Trend Micro and Panda. I don't know how effective they are at getting rid of any viruses, but they'll probably help. You could also install some freebie anti-virus proggies, like Avast! Or AVG.

Try Mcafee if you have highspeed internet and use AOL you can get it for free, or download a free trail version of it, because it works the best. You could also try AVG Anti virus program. Even Norton but I don't like Norton because Norton doesn't work to well, at least not to me it didn't.

yep no one noticed she has no admin rights you need to get the administrator to load an anti spy ware and anti virus program avg has a free version of both also mozzilla firefox web browser is less seseptable to pop ups than internet exploders (explorer) good luck with limited acct yer bummin

how u know its a virus? You know the name of the file? run a search for it and delete it ........
