I am just beginning a new life in Oklahoma City and am glad to meet new people. I am over 50 and would like to connect with people of the same age???? and have a few laughs about life and stuff!!

I looked at your profile your faimly is right you are pretty good looking you can trust them on that.

My sick parents live here and I choose to move here and take care of them. Dad had a stroke qand mom has Alzhiemers.

They hqave their days. I had to put my dad in a nursing home Tues., and leave him crying "Please, don't leave me" and then fight with my mother, because she cnnot remember where he is.

I know about nurseing homes my father was in one its not a pretty way to go. You have your hands full hope you have faith to get you thought it all.

I am also new, want to make online friends, I live in the midwesst, MO. I work in a nursing home, before my husband died he was in one for a short time, it is hard.

I am just getting started again, as I was without a computer for a while. My dad is in a nursing home now, for rehab, but I am afraid that it will not do much good. I worked in a nursing home myself, for about 3 years, but couldn't take it anymore. Yet, now I am taking care of my parents in OKC,OK.

welcome Greer51,looks like you have your hands full.Remember to take a moment for you .I know how hard it can be as my husband and mother were losing their battles to illness at the same time.I'm sure you will meet good people here.

I have been very lucky in that respect!! And I am taking time for myself. I belong to a gym, and going to get my 25yr old figure back!
