Three times I have gotten a drop down box with an invitation to speak to someone in some sort of Instant message. I said no to the first two, not knowing what it was, thinking it was an advertisement of some sort.

Then I got one and I answered yes. A little chat box opened and some guys face was there that I had just viewed his profile. The profile had nothing in it but one picture. ***EDIT***

I was surprised because I did not know this site had I.M. messaging and I don't know how to send one to someone. Do they?

Anyway, this fella got real crude and asked me if I want to watch while he stroked his you know what. I declined, closed the window and and refused his next attempt.

I want to know what is going on here. This site has a lot of nerve banning people who offend others with political remarks but they advertise for people to date married women, and all sorts of other questionable stuff. Now this I.M. pops up with a lude rude crude offer.

Something is rotten in Denmark.

Also since I joined this site, I have been getting three times as much junk mail and even stuff from other dating sites like Eharmony.com. I don't appreciate it if they are sending spam or giving my email to other sites.

Any thoughts on this? Will I get banned for this post? I guess we shall see.

I've had a few IM's and when I had Chesty up a few guys would IM me even though I'm a male.

thats why i turned off my Im on here because of weird ppl

I ignored all my IM's and finally I just turned it off. I get no more spam than I did before. Of course, I just delete it anyhow.

I turned my IM off, I changed my mail settings and all that other crap. I'm ok.

The reason that I turned off my IM is because of the crude IM's that I was receiving.

You can turn off the IM's (in settings) and I think you can also limit the spam mail you get, but that might have been something you hit when you signed up. I get no mail from JSH except for email notices, mutual matches, and other minor notifications.
