thats the main thing to think about , what I will eat , what I eat what I did eat ........buy food , clean up after the food , I'm surprised I dont weigh 300 lbs.....

Mine is half the time i forget to eat and don't even realize it
Till it's to late Because my mind was doing other things But i do worry about others more than i do myself So that's part of the reason why i don't focus so Much on me and my needs that much anymore and if I did i might go crazy
