I read the satanic bible.

Yes, I read it. If you read a couple of chapters a day, you'll read through it all in a year. I got a chance to read about Joseph and his brothers in Genesis this morning and about some of Jesus' ministry in Mark today.

I think the Bible is one of the most joyful and exciting books you can possibly read. The book of Mark, for instance, is full of miracles: special effects as can be found absolutely nowhere else and rival the best movies on screen today. I find the preaching I hear in church helps enhance my understanding of the scripture. I go to church to worship the Lord, but I hear things in the churches I go to that help me.

I use a New Living Testament, a version that is very easy to understand. I also recently acquired a Student's Life Application Study Bible which have some notes in them which are great. Preaching on the TV and radio can enhance your understanding of scripture, too, and the book "The Purpose Filled Life" will show you the general outline of the entire Bible and can give you motivation to live for the Lord.

Reading the bible can fill your sails and helps move you forward through life!

Yes, usually a Living Word Bible, but recently bought a KJV because some of the other stuff I am reading references or quotes from the KJV.

I have read it but not as well as some atheists. A good atheist will usually know the Bible better than most. I am not an atheist, I am more of a pantheist or agnostic. I have the "delusion" that I am god.
