Hillary has been questioning Obama's relationship to Tony Rezko, now on trial for fraud — particularly Rezko's involvement in the purchase of Obama's Chicago home.

Antoin "Tony" Rezko is a millionaire Chicago businessman who was into real estate and fast food, but is now on trial in federal court on mail fraud, wire fraud, money laundering and attempted extortion charges.

Rezko and his family not only donated over $21,000 to Obama, but they were responsibile for helping him raise approximately $150,000 for his campaigns in Illinois. However, I could find nothing as to whether Rezko helped Obama in his presidential bid.

Rezko also helped Obama purchase his Chicago home. The person selling Obama his home wouldn't sell it to Obama unless the vacant lot next to the house was purchased. So Rezko's wife purchased the vacant lot, which enabled Obama to buy the house for 1.65 million dollars, although the sellers originally asked 1.95 million.

Obama says he went out of his way to make sure he violated no laws or ethical guidelines, and that he has never done any favors for Rezko as a result of the arrangement. However, when Obama was buying the house, there were plenty of news stories about a federal investigation of Rezko, including the fact that Rezko had been subpoenaed. Obama could have refused to go through with the house deal, but he didn't.

Incidentally, Obama gave the campaign donations received from Rezko and Rezko's friends to charity.

What do you guys think? Can Hillary use this to her advantage or not?

Yes, you are right lulu. However, I believe the pictures of the Clintons and Rezko were taken at a fund raiser where there are dozens and dozens of pictures of that nature taken. So, Hillary can brush that picture off. However, Obama has a 17 year relationship with Rezko.
