There was a man walking across a sandy desert and every time he looked behind him, he didn't see any footprints; there were no strong winds on that day. How can this be?

OK...I think I fixed that other riddle...Let's see:
A man is found dead in his car, police officers observe that he has been shot in the head, and that the windows are up and the doors are locked. The keys are in the ignition and the car is running; the safety features only allow the doors to lock from the inside. There are no holes or other bullet marks on the car or windows, and no weapon is in the car. The police suspect murder. Why? |
cause he's dead
cause he's dead Ok...Rather than ask "Why?, then "How?". |

So ?

A black masked fellow walks out in front of a car, during a black-out wearing all black clothes, black hat, black cape and black boots. Why is he not run over? |

the cars parked
