I am doing better, had a panic attack yesterday, but with the help of my friends on here and of course feral I made it.

I am doing better, had a panic attack yesterday, but with the help of my friends on here and of course feral I made it. Must be my age causing it I have anxiety attacks occasionally. Past couple of months, I'd been having one almost continuously but with the help of some very good friends, both here and in real life, a good therapist and some really excellent drugs ( ), I've gotten things back under control. They suck, don't they

Well, the therapist, friends and drugs help, but self control has been my friend. Well except for yesterday
But I am dealing real good. I am just spazzing over something I need to let take it's own course I guess |

It's been years since I had one but I basically did the same thing. Now that I'm thinking rationally again, I realize that things will be what they will be but I'm going to be ok regardless. Took a while to get here though.
But I'm glad to be back to me

I see one for lots of things but mainly because of an abusive past relationship and she has been a good source fo strength for me
But like I said with the help of my friends (here and in R/L), I am doing marvelous Good friends and laughter are the best medicine

Yup, they do, probably the best thing for me. I think everyone can use a good therapist once in a while

Mine too. She gives me a whole different perspective in the way I think about things, things I've struggled with pretty much my whole life. Makes me think I'm pretty much more ok than I thought
