I just had dinner last night with about half of her family. I met her sister and two of her brothers, along with all the husbands and wives and kids. And I can't leave out Eileens aunt. What a great time.

What a houseful! Be glad you're not marrying into my family, my immediate family alone numbers about 80 and they would ALL expect an invite and would all show up. When my brother got engaged, we had a party for them. My sister-in-law comes from a total family of about 10. She was a little overwhelmed
|

About 30 people showed up for this and at first it was a bit much. But when you sit back and think that the reason they all show up is out of love and respect, you can relax a bit more.

Yeah and it's fun, too! The more people, the less you feel like you're under a microscope
