i have been a diabetic for about 9yrs in that area
my grandmother was a diabetic and i inherited it from her. my son who is almost 21 is a specail needs child, and he is now a diabetic. if you have any questions you can contact me. when i was pregant with him i had developed genstational diabetics, and then that went away when i had him, but normally you would become a fullblown after several years. i used to give my grandmother her insulin shots when she was alive, i cant stand needles, |

I don't have diabetes but my mother does so I try to help her out as much as I can with it.
You don't need to be scared. It's manageable. You just have to make sure you are monitoring your diet and your sugar levels. |

my grandmother had diabetes for many years... she passed away 2 years ago at the age of 87, and even then, her death was not related to her diabetes...
