Sorry its the Who's Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges. oh...yeah...that who's who thing is a vanity scam imo. they get names and bios of various wannabe celebrities and then try to get those who are included in the directory to buy a personal copy at inflated prices so they can show all their friends how important they are...
i'm in a few volumes or i used to be...but i didn't drink the Kool-Aid

Well if giving them a brief bio will make you eligible for a possible grant then go for it...just don't ever give THEM any money! You can always show people that you're in Who's Who
by directing them to the copy in the local library!!
