I was walking on the beach barefoot, I liked the sand but it was gritty
My emotions spiraled through anger, delight, elation then pity
Next I thought its odd how the defining factor of things can make you wonder why
Like saying "I like Bob Newhart but he's so dry"
Makes me think of macaroni
Not the noodle but the pony
The one that Yankee Doodle rode through town... or maybe it was a city
Anyways my toes were still gritty

I shall write another poem for you right now, impromptu.



alas, I will wash your feet with my hair
If that is gross I don't care
I went to CVS and bought expensive shampoo
let me tell you, it cost a buck o two
But what is this you cut off your feet?
To buy buy me a brush to keep my hair so neat?
Well that is funny because to tell the truth
Two days ago I ripped out my hair from the roots
So I was just kidding about washing your feet
Because I don't have hair anymore
