Only daily supplements and LOTS Of Garlic pills. I run to loose weight. Well... now at least. . . . what i use to do to loose weight is wildly frowned upon.

I have taken lots of different pills to lose weight .. and honestly they work but it is temporary normally , you must change your eating habbits notice I did not say diet .. I am working out now like a mad woman to get ready for bathing suit weather .. Whoot Whoot
