I have a serious side! OK, so it's a little on the THIN side... but it's there!

What they do, why they are who they are, what was the greatest moment in their world so far.....all sorts of stuff... I am fascinated by people, and what motivates them, so I ask questions.... and LISTEN to the answers... People usually enjoy sharing stories about themselves...
