I might have to take my son to the doctor today. We found a lump on the back of his shoulder. And not like a bruise lump. The doctor said it's probably an infected lymph node and told me what to do to take care of it but said if that didn't work, I'd have to bring him in. It didn't seem any better last night. His dad's freaking, convinced he's got cancer or something.

Occasionlly, but it's mostly me who does it. I just refuse to worry until I know there's something to worry about. He's feeling fine, except for his allergies. So, I'm thinking it's probably something minor.

for sure on the not worring. I am always very optimistic about every thing, worring just clouds thinking. it is probably nothing major but always nice to know

Yeah. I try not to stress stuff, especially the unknown. Most of the time, it's not worth it. He only has one kidney because of his accident, so the lymph nodes have to work harder to clean out the toxins and he doesn't hydrate the way he should all the time. It's probably that.

Yeah, I hear ya on that. I raised my youngest brother and he's broken just about every bone in his body at one point or another. He practically had a wing named after him at the hospital by us
