thats cool, im ok just in a bit of pain from seeing the doc earlier. he made stretch and somthing clicked in my back and im in agony again now!! bloody useless they are!

yeah im on codydramols which have codiene in them and somthing to stop the muscles going into spasm but they only work so much if you know what i mean. i think a long lie down is called for and relaxing so i shall bid you farewell till tomorrow. sorry its a short stay ill speak to you tomorrow no doubt
