Topic: message filters?

Now I might not be the brightest tool in the shed, but I can't seem to find out how to add (or subtract) guidelines for message filters. You know what I'm talking about... those little bullet points near the bottom of your profile that limit who you want to message you and stuff. I can't seem to find where to add or change them. Anyone know how I can do this? Pweeeeze?

I don't know , but if your not the brightest tool in the shed, Thta would also make not the sharpest bulb?? ( joking)
