Doc, thank you for breaking things down for them. Sometimes people like to blindly hate our government, to include it's soldiers, for everything we have done good/bad. Sometimes i fail to explain myself.

ive walked you all through this before... but ill recap. Halliburton is THE ONLY COMPANY OF ITS KIND WITH THE MANPOWER AND ASSETS IN THEATRE. THIS IS WHY THEY GET CONTRACTS. if you really think you can do the job on time, and cheaper, bid against them or shut the %#@! up.

ignorance of the facts, and research using flawed data, inevetely lead to false conclusions.


besides, liberal/commie comerades, since when is making a profit illegal or immoral?
Many of the jobs being done by hallibruton used to be done by our men in uniform, for some weird reasone the military though they could save money by haveing contractors do it. I urge anyone ith an interest to view this short video it is part one of ten. so....you think they should send more troops to do the jobs of contractors?

It would be much much cheaper.but I sorta think the army is haveing a hard time recruiting lately even in thisawful economy

paying a fillipino contractor 600 a month or a iraqi 500 or whatever we are paying MOST of those guys does not mean it would be cheaper to make a soldier do it......


didnt know the army wasnt meeting recruiting goals,,, is the speculation? cause dude, we're almost at 100%

Ok, i guess what i was trying to go after the concept that this war cost more than 3 of our earlier wars. You can't compare this without taking inflation into consideration. So in order for that argument to be true you would have to take the total cost of those wars, multiply it by around 70 or so, THEN make the statement. I do get side tracked awfully easy though. I realize that that was a mere detail.
