I don’t know what it is, but I absolutely love 007 movies! He’s just such a badass character, and was excellently portrayed by Sean Connery (seconded by Daniel Craig, a much more “hands on” Bond than the others were).

Hell, yesterday I picked up 3 more of the flicks to watch tonight: Dr. No, Octo***** hehe , and From Russia with Love

my fave moment is in the opening to The Spy Who Loved Me

where the famous stuntman Rick Sylvester skis off of a cliff and parachutes down under a beautiful Union Jack chute!! This was filmed in Canada I believe - anyone guess where? Anyway, Sylvester could have lost his life quite easily. One of the skis hits the unopened chute after disengaging and could have very well prevented the chute from opening. It is all on film. But it opened and Rick lived to risk it all another day!

Was always a fan of Connery. Not so much Lazenby, Dalton or Brosnan.

I have to admit though, Daniel Craig squeaked past Connery as my favorite. Just something about his portrayal of Bond and the film itself that sits better with me than the others.
