It's basically water & salt. If it was medication, I wouldn't use it like that. Also got the idea from products that you sniff or spray to alleviate snoring.

Apply this knowledge to that... i.e....It has saline solution to keep membranes moist - so if they recommend its use everynight for snoring, then using saline every night is OK to keep your sinus cavity clean... |
