hell yea i would say something to her than i would call the police..i dont care how bad a child is..u either slap them on the butt or nowhere..there is alot more affective ways to deal with children..and those of u that said u would look the other way must not have kids.. There is a fine line between abuse and discipline...and most abusers do their abuse in private...not in front of everyone at Wal Mart....thats true..she should not have slapped him or her in the face...i DO HAVE kids but its not my business what an another parent does to raise their child...and making assumptions about someone does more harm than good ....so no..i would not have said a damn thing..thanks!!
