OK...I can't sleep so I need to stimulate my brain

well as for insomnia just go to bedd progressively later, thats what im doin, 3 am then 6 am then 9 am then 11 am and now tonight itll be 1 pm

I have the oppisite disorder, I tend to have the need to sleep alot
I could and would if given the chance sleep for days, but I do get up for bathroom and eat (not knowing I do) i once did 3 days straight but I had to train myself to wake up and stay awake |

I think the only way I'm going to sleep tonight is to eat again and leave the door unlocked just incase those 3 fools come back
