I recently saw some of the new development housing in Gresham. All I could think was, I bet this is how they arrange houses in China. (Practically on top of each other with no yards...) Very very very scary.

Yeah, they must have gotten guitar hero or something. I can't hear it, exactly, but they have the bass line up so loud, it vibrates the whole room. Drives me crazy and keeps me awake
Of course, it's the stupid woman who had a leak and didn't report it. The only way they found out she was walking around in ankle deep water was when it leaked into MY apartment.  Some people are just idiots!

I was raised here in Oregon. Navy brat though so I was born in Bethesda Maryland as my Dad was stationed near DC for a few months.
