What a kick A$$ RUN! A mile is goodStorm... I run too .. rain or shine, cold or hot.. it relaxes me.. lets me think..good for you ^5 Missy I did not comprehend how much I missed running until recently. nodding

I quit for a few months, went thru some stuff that was pretty bad and just didnt run for awhile.. Took it up again and Im sure I dont have to tell you.. I felt better immediately....
